Thornton to Retire ?

V8 Hotstox driver Kevin Thornton #72 maybe forced to quit racing. Land & facilities where Kevin keeps his equipment is no longer available to him & unless he can find alternatives, he may have to sell the lot. 'I dont want to quit, but I may have no choice. Its hard work what with me living in Brighton & having to travel up to Cheshire to repair the car. If someone were to offer me the use of a workshop & storage for the tackle, I have a car they could use in return' Kevin's generous offer might pay off as a couple of people have shown genuine interest. Hopefully Kev will not be forced out of the sport although he wont be racing at Coventry on saturday as he blew a head gasket at Belle Vue. More on Kevin's plight as I get it.
