Due to the incident at Hednesford at the weekend regarding Jon Brown and the decision to black flag Jon was taken by the steward of the meeting who was later found to have made a wrong decision for the infringement on the racing line.
We have apologised to Jon regarding this issue who was totally innocent of any wrongdoing.
We would also like to make it clear that although Dave Sharp was in the box at the time and manning the radio he was only following the stewards instructions.
